STAFFIE – ICE
PROBLEM – DOG AGGRESSION, DOMINANCE BEHAVIOUR, RECALL PROBLEMS
Tony and Nicola rang me about their rescue Staffie Ice. He was showing aggression towards other dogs and to their own Gsd and could also be intimidating in the home to Nicola, to the extent that she was often very unnerved when Tony worked away.
His recall was also non-existent, so after an initial consultation and some follow up sessions, it was great to get this testimonial over a year later:-
"Thanks for all your help with Ice we now feel totally confident with him, the house has once again become a calm and happy place, We now know we can take him anywhere, and we are seriously thinking of enrolling him as a pets as therapy dog in the near future, he is a wonderful advert for a often maligned breed.
In the last year he has come on in leaps and bounds, he even comes back when he is called most times! I have started doing agility with him, it’s early days but we felt he needed something more to do. We enjoy walks on the canal, and even when other dogs have gone for him he takes no notice of them. I don’t think we would have got this far if you hadn’t given me the confidence to believe in Ice, so thank you very much.
Good luck for the forthcoming football season, Tony wishes Cardiff were back in the championship lol. (Tony got what he wished for ha ha! Lots of banter between us re our teams!!! Peter)
